Emotional Freedom Techniques, (EFT) is a gentle healing approach that helps a person shift self-defeating patterns of thought and behaviour from past events or memories. EFT enables a person to get to the root of problems quickly and help to heal past experiences. Once the negative emotions related to past experiences cease to resonate within, positive changes and choices can be achieved. The benefit of EFT is that it assists a person to regain balance in ones emotional, physical and spiritual life.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) – is designed to help people who suffer repeated bouts of depression and chronic unhappiness. This approach to therapy combines the ideas of cognitive therapy with meditative practices and attitudes based on the cultivation of mindfulness.

Solution Focused Brief Therapy Therapy (SFBT)- is a counselling technique that focuses on the future, to solve the problem of today by creatively seeking answers and solutions. This approach encourages the client to release the past and focus on the future. Through this process the client and counsellor examine coping strategies new ways of being and acting.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – is therapy designed to help clients recognize how their thinking influences how they feel. CBT can assist people to appreciate how their negative thinking patterns can keep them stuck.  Also, by changing how one thinks about events in their life they can create a new hope for their future.

Sound Therapy – using tuning forks we change the vibration in the body for healing to occur.  It can reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure, release stress and heal past traumas that have been stuck in the body.
