E-mail Diane to arrange a time that is mutually convenient or to ask any questions that you have concerning starting therapy – be assured that all your inquires will go directly to Diane and will be held in the strictest confidence.
Professional Fees:
Professional fees are payable following each session, either by cash, cheque or e-transfers. You will receive an official receipt at the time of payment. If social work services are included in your extended health benefits plan, it is the responsibility of the client to submit for reimbursement. It is important to retain your receipts as Social Work is also a medical expense that can be claimed on your Canadian Income Tax Return.
Cancellation Policy:
Twenty-four (24) hour notice is required If you are unable to make an appointment. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours, half the fee will be charged to you.
